Once we receive your inquiry and basic information, our team will follow up. We will guide you through the lease agreement and onboarding process. Most tenants can secure a suite and move in shortly after completing the necessary steps.

Bella Nova Salon Suites requires a 12-month lease commitment for all tenants.

A non-refundable security deposit is required to secure your suite. This deposit helps cover administrative costs, move-in preparation, and move-out cleaning.

Weekly rent payments are collected through automatic withdrawals from the tenant’s checking account. This secure and convenient payment method is set up during the lease agreement process to ensure timely and consistent payments.

Suite Customization & Use

Absolutely. Tenants are encouraged to personalize their suites to reflect their brand and style.

You’re welcome to bring in any professional-grade furniture or equipment that meets your business needs, as long as it complies with safety and regulatory standards.

Yes, soft background music or aromatherapy is allowed as long as it doesn’t interfere with the comfort of other tenants and their clients. We ask all tenants to be respectful of shared spaces.

Suite sharing may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. All individuals sharing a suite must be licensed professionals and approved through the leasing process.

Legal & Business Requirements

All tenants are required to carry professional liability insurance to operate within their suite. Proof of coverage must be submitted before your lease begins.

Each tenant must have a valid professional license and a current Business Tax Receipt from the county, as required by local regulations.

All tenants receive a clear, professional lease agreement outlining responsibilities, terms, and access to amenities.

Amenities

We provide an on-site washer and dryer for tenants to use at their convenience.

Our shared breakroom includes a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and a comfortable seating area — perfect for quick breaks and meals.

High-speed Wi-Fi and utilities are available throughout the building and included with your suite rental.

Our secure entry system includes a video intercom access. Tenants can easily grant entry to clients and access the building safely.

With our 24/7 access system, you can enter the building and your suite at any time using your personalized intercom or badge credentials.
